Where your data is

To be precise: some providers, including Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (network), may process information elsewhere, notably in the United States, and emails are delivered to recipients all over the world. Our privacy policy names each provider and its role. Read the privacy policy

The laws that apply to your email (Law 25 in Quebec, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation) remain your responsibility: consent, unsubscribing, informing people. Duva helps in practice: unsubscribe headers (List-Unsubscribe) are supported, and addresses that bounce permanently or complain are added to the suppression list. This is not legal advice.
